The Kohala Village Inn is a historic, plantation-style inn offering authentic Hawaiiana lodging in the heart of charming Hawi town. Situated on a peaceful six-acre property, our inn captures the spirit of old Hawai‘i with its colorful decor, bright and clean rooms, and modest room sizes typical of 1960s construction.

We offer three room styles to suit your needs:

A cozy Single King Room for solo travelers or couples

A spacious Double Queen Room, perfect for families or friends

Our larger ʻOhana Units, ideal for families or small groups, featuring a king bed, two queen beds, and a shared Jack-and-Jill bathroom

All rooms include a private restroom, along with Wi-Fi, TV, mini fridge, independently controlled air conditioning, and the convenience of key-code entry, making it easy to explore the island on your schedule.

Please note that some rooms are located on the second floor, accessible via stairwell with handrails. If you have a preference for a first-floor room, please let us know when booking and we'll do our best to accommodate your request.
